How do I create a mobile version of my website?

I have used Premium Website Builder to create and publish my website. Now I am wanting to learn how to create a mobile web version of it. How is this done? What software is needed to do it? Are additional domain names required? Etc. I need lots of direction here.

Typically, most people who want a mobile version of their websites create a subdomain like "mobile" There is no extra cost for creating subdomains and you do not need to purchase additional domain names to do so. Most content management systems like WordPress have plugins to convert the WordPress built website into a mobile version.
