Get spam email from Outlook to web email address?

I have an email address (A) that goes to Outlook - comes into the server, Spam Assassin ignores it, the mail gets set to my email address that's in Outlook.  I have a SECOND email address (B) that NEVER gets sent out of the web mail.  In the last 24 hours I've gotten around a dozen clearly spam messages that Spam assassin hasn't handled.  They've been sent right through to email address A.  I DON'T CARE ABOUT SPAM ASSASSIN. 
I need to know HOW to get the email that's in Outlook (A) to the OTHER EMAIL address (B) so I can MARK it as JUNK so Spam Assassin will recognize it.

NO, forwarding DOES NOT WORK.  That send the email using MY email address, so Spam Assassin ignores it.  NO, RESENDING the email from Outlook DOES NOT WORK.  The throws some kind of hissy fit with an email error:

SO, how do I get all the garbage that's coming in, and being missed by Spam Assassin, to the email address (B) that's always accessed on the web email so I can TELL Spam Assassin its junk?
