Just set up new email address but it is not working

Hello, I just set up a new email address but I am not sending or receiving any emails.  Is there a period of time that I have to wait before they are active?  The email address is [email protected].  Thanks!

As long as your domain name points to us, email should work right away. Depending on how you're trying to access your email however, you may need to complete a few steps before anything show up in an inbox. You can access through a browser using RoundCube or through an email client like Outlook or Mail and we have information on setting up those clients at https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/email/getting-started-guide-email/
