Junk Mail

The past few months it seems that a lot of people who have been emailing me for years, on occasion, I am not receiving their emails anymore. Look through the Track Delivery Logs it seems their emails to me are being filter out as Junk Mail. Why is this happening and how can I stop this, as I am loosing business by not receiving these emails and having customers complaining as to why I do not respond to them.
