Why do emails I send go to their junk folder?
Hi, I tried searching for an answer in the Community support but I couldn't find it.
My problem is, that most of the emails I sent (if not ALL) goes to junk mail. I never sent many emails to unknown addresses, never did any activity that could be considered SPAM. Still, many people don't get my emails, and when I send them to myself to gmail or hotmail etc., they go to the Junk Mail folder.
My question is, is there any way I can avoid this?
I checked the words in the subject and message, but there are no phrases that could be considered as "spam triggers".
By the way, the emails are sent in Spanish to people in South American Countries. I say this in case is useful for my case.
Thank you very much for your time and reply.
Kind regards,
Diego.

I am having the same issue. I visited the link provided here but is it broken. Page does not exist
Hello Zokutexu,
Sorry for the issue with the link. The support center changes have affected several older links (your looking at a 9 year old link), and this one has changed to SPF and DKIM Records: Combating Spam.
If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
Kindest Regards,
Arnel C.
