Hi, I was following the tutorial on how to install OpenCart, which seemed to be going well, until I got to the part where I go to my website and continue following the instructions from there. When I go to my website all I see is an index page. I'm not sure what I've done wrong. If it helps, the FTP client I used was CyberDuck.

Hi Kimberlee, Thanks for posting your question. I've looked over your account and it appears you have uploaded the files and folders in the root of your account, not the public_html folder as it should have been. All of our servers have a similar setup, so regardless if you have a shared server, a virtual private server solution, or a cheap dedicated server, your files will need to be uploaded somewhere within your public_html folder. I have moved the files over so you should be able to complete the installation by following the tutorial. If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us. Thanks! Tim S
