DNS changes from Wordpress to Blogger

I used to host my blog on Blogger.com using my domain, then a few years ago I changed it to Wordpress.com. Now I have quit my Wordpress account and would like to point my domain to Blogger again, but was told by support that I now need an account with Cloudfare. I didn't need to use that with Wordpress (or Blogger before that). I am not an advanced user, and was helped both times to do these changes as I couldn't make it myself. These are the blogger instructions (https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/1233387) but I have no idea on what it means and just want to know what to insert in the primary/secondary/name server fields that are currently set to ns1.wordpress.com/ns2wordpress.com/ns3.wordpress.com Very grateful if anyone can help, because otherwise I won't be able to use my domain anymore.

Hello, per their instructions, you likely won't be able to point your domain to Blogger's nameservers, but rather you have to set up CNAME records. It may be best to work directly with our Technical Support team if you're having trouble with the following section:

  • Go to your domain provider’s website.
  • Find the Domain Name System (DNS) in the control panel.
Under "Name, Label or Host," enter the subdomain from step 5 above.
    1. Under "Destination, Target or Points to," enter "ghs.google.com."
  • Enter details for the second CNAME, which are specific to your blog and Google Account.
  • To activate your DNS settings, wait at least one hour.
