DV certificates not being created - I've waitied a week

I just moved a non-profit's websites to inmotion's shared server plan only to find the AutoSSL system isn't working. I've waited over a week for DV certs on both the new account and on my old account.  That is a change. I've never had to wait for certs in my time using inmotion. Seems something broke. Tech support is blaming Sectigo, the cert issuer. Sectigo says they have no issues. The "solution" offered by both inmotion and Sectigo is purchased certificates - at over $100 a site for cert and installation. I've migrated my old certs but this is only a stop-gap.  I've called Customer Service and they don't seem to care they can't provide the services they still are hawking on the sales website. Can anyone suggest a solution?
