What is best method for getting support?
I have continued to have problems with the Support Ticket method, in the past and right now. When I create a support ticket, it takes 3 to 4 days for them to answer. If they have a question for me, after I answer it. It takes another 3-4 days for them to answer it, maybe more, I am on day 4 now. I heard that if you modify the trouble ticket, it goes to the back of the line, even if they have never answered the ticket at all yet. Does anyone know if this is true? I also heard that if you create a new ticket asking for status, they will close your old ticket. Is this true?
I tried calling. There were supposedly 10 people ahead of me. They said they would call me back, on the same number I called from, and I would not lose my spot in line. Waited around all day. No call from them. No message left on voice mail.
My ticket was created by replying to the recently closed verified ticket on the same subject. I was asking them to reopen it and providing more details. This evidently is not considered a verified ticket anymore, so 3 days were wasted waiting... they needed a code.
Having problems receiving and sending from multiple people in our office and multiple different companies in the US and Foreign. Some emails go thru some don't to the same person and/or a different person. Have given inMotion sample emails. They said they cannot open eml files, just txt files. (Why do they allow you to upload/attach a format, using the AMP ticket method, that they will not accept?) I sent the txt files. I have heard nothing for 4 days so far. Everyone at work is getting extremely frustrated.
Is anyone else having issues getting support in a timely manner? 24/7 doesn't mean much if they never respond!
Is anyone else having Email Send and Receive errors?
