MailChannels not visible

I received an email indicating that it was "crucial that you update DNS records before Wednesday, December 18, 2024." I was able to add the include to the SPF records, but when I tried to add a TXT recordto my domains' DNS, according to the instructions, I found that I don't have a MailChannels icon in my CPanel.  The instructions say that it means I don't have that capacity in my current hosting account. Does anyone know if this presents a problem for me? Thank you advance.
