My site will not load or loads slow. Can you help me?

Website down or unaccessible often. Looking for the cause.

I receive no error message when I publish. I just can't get to my site when I type the URL in the address bar. Usually I give up after long waits... but today after a while I got a message that said Safari couldn't load the page because it couldn't communicate with the site's servers.

I use iWeb on my iMac to create the page.

This has been happening off-and-on since before Christmas.

Hi Quint, Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. I've looked into your website, and it loads without delay for me. Are you getting a specific error when the website will not load? We'll need a bit more information to troubleshoot this for you. We'll want you to run some tests called a ping and traceroute. Here's a link to the guide on running those tests: Running a Ping And Trace Route Once you have the results, you can paste them into an email to [email protected] - and post a comment here letting me know you've sent the email.
