Anyone experiencing site downtime and slowness?

I have ~100 sites under multiple hosts. I am testing inmotion and it seems my 5 sites hosted here are down quite abit and/or load very slowly. These are wordpress sites that have the same configs as all of my other hosting accounts.

Inmotion hosted sites keep "timing out" or failing. I used sitedownalert and they are showing my sites have a 91.67 % uptime (they only check hourly .. I think it would be lower if they checked every 10 to 15 minutes).

Update: It's so bad that I can't even create sitemaps.
