I’ve installed Moodle, and you can access the site, but the content is displayed without any CSS styling or proper positioning.

I’ve successfully installed Moodle, but after accessing the site, I noticed that the content loads without any CSS styling or correct positioning. This makes the site appear unstyled and disorganized. There are no visible errors, and the page loads correctly; however, the issue seems to be with missing CSS styles. I’ve verified the CSS file is linked, but the styles are not being applied as expected.

I access it with IP address.

PHP version : 8.1

Moodle version: 4.5.3

Please advise on what might be causing this issue or suggest a solution.
