Are servers having upgrades/outages? My sites are going down multiple times per day and becoming unpingable.
I have multiple sites hosted that I just switched and consolidated to inmotion for the stability and customer service I had with them a couple of years ago. While I've seen great customer service once again, I'm having too many issues with stability.
My sites have been down multiple times a day for the past 3 days, unpingable from home, work, phone and justping.com. Then they start working again anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours later.
Is there some server issue that hasn't been announced on AMP or the main page? If so, when can I expect normal function again? I'm unable to post and am noticeably losing money and participation in events.
At the time of this post, all sites hosted on this account are down. I've tried the temp URL I was given initially, just in case... no luck.
traceroute has been successful, both from my phone and computer at home, at work, and from family hundreds of miles away.
The websites are down, however, at home, work, cell, and for hundreds of regular visitors from a survey on my social network pages, so it's not just a local issue. just-ping.com shows 100% packet loss from around the world on each domain.
Any help or status updates would be greatly appreciated
