We're trying to create a feedback form with a drop down list in Premium Web Builder. Apparently that isn't a feature. Can we use a script to do it instead? Where should we obtain one that is safe?

Hi Tom or Pam, I just wanted to let you know I created a tutorial to explain how to use an custom contact form in Premium Web Builder. We recommend using FormMail to handle sending the contents of the form once your visitors submit it. Then you'll have to code a form and use the scripts module to place it into the page in Premium Web Builder. Hi Tom or Pam, Thanks for posting your question. I'm sorry you are having issues using the feedback form in Premium Web Builder. I'm more than happy to assist you today. There is no way to have a drop down menu in the builder's feedback form, that functionality is not built into it. You could use an external script, to handle sending the form - but you would still need to use the scripts module to embed to form on the page.
