How do I install PHPList?

Would like to create a mailing list. If I try to follow the instructions the install phpList found on the inMotionHosting forum at https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/email/mailing-lists/install-php-list, I get stopped at 'Click on the Fantastico Deluxe' step. How do I create an email list?

Hi aaronreiff, Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. Fantastico de Luxe is located in your cPanel. You must first log into your cPanel. Then scroll down until you see the blue smiley face icon labeled "Fantastico de Luxe". Click on the icon. Now, you should be able to install phpList be following the rest of the steps.
