How do I fix my damaged Web page?

My domain name is www.wagtailnet.com. It was once attacked by virus,and your support team fixed.

1) But, there are still some extra warning sentences on the bottom of each page. I asked on the phone, but your tech did not know how to fix.

2) There's also a strange folder named "shop" and, no matter how hard I tried, I can not erase it! The address is "www.wagtailnet.com/shop" When you click this, an infected page appears!

Please fix this Website. I am sure this "shop" folder should be removed but I can not.

If you haven't already, now would be a good time to create a good backup of your site. In the event anything goes wrong in the future, you'll have a good backup that we can restore corrupt files from.
