Hi sacart5, I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into the Premium Website Builder. Please make sure you are using your cPanel user name for logging into the builder. The cPanel user name will not be the same as your AMP user name. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance. Regards, Christi N.
