What does '2 sites on one account' mean?

What does it mean to have 'two sites on one account?'

I bought a business account with one domain name, then registered a second domain name on the same account, thinking that I'd be able to build two websites (one for each domain name). Instead, all I got was a second domain name and no way to build a site/have an email account with it without purchasing another hosting service. Not only that, but I no longer have the option to just buy cheap hosting for the second domain name.

Did I miss something?

Hi sjwest, You can create your second domain as an Addon domain in your cPanel. This will allow you to create a separate website for that domain and create separate email addresses for that domain as well. You do not have to order separate hosting for the second domain.
