Website and Cpanel will not load!

Hello, for some reason i went to setup my mail on my computer and it couldnt contact the mail server so i tried going to the actual website and nothing will come up! not even the cpanel please help me.

Hello MikeHarris, Your site is coming up great from here and other test servers around the world. A situation like this can indicate either an IP block on the server or possibly some network routing interference between you and the server. To determine what the cause is, we will need more information. I see we have sent you instructions on how to do a ping and trace test. Please forward those results to [email protected] and this will likely help us determine the source of the issue.
