You may upload your site and its existing structure by using FTP. This allows you to upload many files and folders at once preserving their current structure and layout.
If this is your main domain, you will want to upload the files into the root folder of your account, which is the public_html folder.
If it is an addon domain, upload it into the root folder for that domain. This is typically a folder under the public_html with the same name as the addon domain. (ex: public_html/addon.com)
