ftp account is logging in successfully but shows failed to retrieve directory

Enabled passive ports in ftp and when trying to connect user is getting logged in but directory cannot be listed. Also tried disabling iptables but still same issue persist.

If you created the FTP account, you'll need to ensure the root directory is the exact folder - or parent to - the files/folders you'll need to access.
