inmotionhosting side had no change - - -answer found with ping tracing - a bad server node (#12 for this trace) in isp relay = timed out

Hello gwoccmed, I am not able to duplicate the behavior you mentioned. I created a test FTP account and was able to connect directly without issue. I have emailed you the credentials of the test FTP account so you can test it as well. I feel it will likely give you the same result as your other account, but it is useful to rule out individual accounts. Given that, I am including a link for doing a ping and trace test. Should this fail, please email us your IP address to [email protected] so we can check the server to see if there is any blockage. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent. Nothing has changed on this end and I did attempt to pullup your account name in the log files, but am showing no connection nor error messages related to it.
