Why can't I save just the banner in the Premium Website Builder so I can edit it?

I have been trying to edit the template in the Premium Website Builder so that I can place my custom banner. However, I am unable to save and edit it like it was discussed in the support center. I tried to save the background as recommended, but that option doesn't come up when I right click on the image. Instead, the entire template is saved. Can someone please point me in the right direction so that I can place my banner seamlessly into the template? Your help is greatly appreciated!

Hello nbro25, Banners in the Premium Web Builder can be confusing as they are not standardized across all templates. They each have a specific maximum size, depending on the template. Some also can be more than one piece within the template, but have only one piece that is editable. In those cases, a custom banner is not usable. The article we have on changing your banner image should work for most banners, but will not work for all. The save options when right clicking on the images vary from browser to browser. Firefox is the easiest as it has 'Save image as' and 'View background image' in the menu. I hope this answers your question.
