Is there any way I can add a catch-all email account or catch-all forwarding rule to Shared Hosting?
I understand catch-all is disabled per policy. Is there an add-on feature I can enable or purchase to allow catch-all emails?

Thanks for sharing the response. The main issue for not allowing catch-all emails is limiting risk and maintaining server performance. Catch-all emails are a security risk as they can become a vector for denial of service attacks. And server performance can also be affected if multiple accounts are receiving thousands of emails at once instead of accepting only properly addressed emails.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, catch-all email addresses are not possible on Shared Hosting due to potential security and system resource utilization concerns. I recommend upgrading to a VPS Hosting plan as that would allow you to set up catch-all email addresses.

Please post an exact additional amount in order to upgrade from shared to VPS. This would make it clear that, in order to forward all emails in a domain, you must purchase the premium private hosting.

Any other options? Forwarders/filters are fine until you have a large #. I have a thousand addresses all forwarding to the same address in lieu of a catch-all. Forwarding takes 10 minutes due to, what support tells me, is the need to go through all 1000 addresses in order to forward an email. I like the shared hosting as it's a savings.
I understand the benefits of Shared Hosting. You could ask cPanel directly if there's a way to automate it or possibly find a third party website to do it. Otherwise, it might be best to consider revising your email policy.

For shared hosting, we recommend using forwarders or filters, however you can enable catch-all email in a VPS package.

If your hosting provider does not allow you to take advantage of this feature, that would be a different issue entirely that should be discussed with the hosting provider. We as a software company cannot force a hosting provider to alter their acceptable use policy. I hope for your understanding.
