SMTP authentication for fax machine
I transferred a client's site to InMotion hosting. The site and email are working correctly, but the fax machine will no longer email their scans. It wants an SMTP authentication. Where do I find the username and password for that? Do I create it?

Fax machines, printers, and other devices all have the same email settings as phones and email clients on the computers themselves.
In short, the SMTP authentication is simply a setting where you enter the username and password for the email address in the outgoing server settings. Be sure the username is the full email address and not just the first part of the address. ('[email protected]' vs 'sample')
