The Premium Website Builder does not allow for that type of page. It does have a registration page template, but that simply forwards the visitors information to an email address. I t is used for things such as signing up for a newsletter.
The builder was designed for open access to all pages by the visitor, whereas a registration and members only section requires special scripts on each protected page to test and see if the visitor is logged in.
