Can we backup all emails including inbound and outbound?

We want to back up all incoming and outgoing emails (header, content, attachments). Is i t possible?

Our management needs to have copies of all emails on all email accounts we have.

Hello Patrick77, To collect all inbound emails, you simply need to set up a forwarder for each email address to a single collection email address. This will make sure all inbound emails send a copy to that forwarded email address. You can also generate forwarders for more than one email account at a time using the cpanel. To do that, go to the Mail category and then select the Forwarders tool. As for collecting outbound emails, that is not possible on our shared servers. It would require a custom setup by you on a VPS or dedicated server with root access. I hope this answers your question.
