Error 102 when accessing c panel

Hey guys - I'm trying to access my c panel for the first time so I'm probably missing a step. I've tried a few times through AMP but keep getting the following error message:

connection attempt to secure112.inmotionhosting.com was rejected. It has a few more sentences but that's the gist of it and at the bottom the specific error is:

Error102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection.

Hello Epic3Productions, We would need to begin by testing your cpanel credentials and possibly your IP address against the server to see if we can find out the source of the issue. To do so, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with your cpanel username and password as well as public facing IP address, which can be found here. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M
