No such user here

I think I've configured email accounts correctly from CPanel however when sending email from the provided webmail it fails with the error message below. What I have missed ?

I think I've configured email accounts correctly from CPanel however when sending email from the provided webmail it fails with the error message below. What I have missed ?

The issue was a permissions issue that affected incoming mail from outside sources. I worked with the Systems team to find and correct the proper permissions. We tested successfully so you should now be able to receive from outside source.
