This is unfortunately being caused by a component or setting of Windows (or Outlook) on your computer. We have no way to stop that from occurring from our servers. You may need to consult with a computer tech to help look at your system locally, or you may want to consult with Microsoft Technical support.
What's happening is that every time Outlook 2007 attempts to connect to the remote server, it thinks it's logging into a Windows network or thinks it needs to. This is specifically a Microsoft problem, and there may be different resolutions for you depending on the actual problem.
