I cannot access the FTP

Hi

I do not understand why I cannot access the FTP of lengpeng.net or the addon domain name lengpeng.com or fashion forecasting services.
I can only loginto the cpanel, but nothing comes out from there.

What I did was remove of the parked domain name lengpeng.org.

Hello lpasia, I created a test FTP account and was able to access the account without issue. I can see all folders and files. Removing the parked domain would not have an effect. I would need to know the settings you are using to connect via FTP. You can send the specific information to [email protected] Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
