How to create sub-domains

Hi,

I cannot create a sub-domain. It gives me the following message:

"Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed sub-domains".

I have not created any sub-domains.

Please help.

Hello Albandr,

The old STARTER plans for hosting unfortunately were very limited in scope and did not allow for subdomains to be created. Your best bet would be to request an upgrade of the account. You can do this via email to support@inmotionhosting.com or billing@inmotionhosting.com. You can also contact live support and they will be able to help with this issue.
