Could I have a cpanel backup

My account has been suspended, as such, I cannot access my FTP and database records. I was told on the chat line that I could submit a ticket here and have that sent to me, or to have my Cpanel temporarily unlocked. If you could do either of those, I would appreciate it!

Hello Harrison and thanks for the question. I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with an account suspension. Our system administration team would be able to generate a full cPanel backup for you, or depending on the severity of the usage that resulted in the account suspension they might simply be able to un-suspend your account. You're going to want to call in to our support team at (888)321-4678 and request to speak to a system administrator regarding your account suspension, or reply to your suspension e-mail that you received requesting a backup of your account.
