We cannot process cancellations over the Support Center website. You need to call into live support, or email live support, verify your account with the Account Management Panel (AMP) OR the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account, and then request that the account be canceled when it expires. All accounts are subscriptions and you must verify and then request the cancellation of the account in order to avoid it being renewed.
