IP address blocked?

We were testing an web security scanner software (IBM AppScan) and I think we triggered an autoblock of our IP address for esm-solutions.com.
We shut down the scanner, can you see if there is something that needs to be reset to restore our access?

You're on a shared server that has security that will block many IP addresses if there are issues, so I can't just single yours out. You would need to let us know what your IP is in order for it to be unblocked. However, I do NOT recommend doing that over the public Support Center website. Please call into live support, and explain the situation to technical support. I'll make notes on your account as well. You will need to verify your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account, or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
