Why was my sent email returned?

I've sent a mass email and one recipient bounced back. My question is did the rest of the recipients get the message? It doesn't show up in my sent emails!

Hello Teresa,

Thank you for contacting us a returned email from a mass message. Typically, all the failed emails will be returned or bounceback one at a time. So, one returned email means only one failed.

You can also check your email log for records of the transmission or additional clues.
