I need to report a fraudulent site hosted by inmotion hosting. www.letablierbleu.com It is a fake gourmet food supply store that steals credit card information. It collects payment from unsuspecting customers and then does not deliver goods or reply to inquiries. Your hosting platform is enabling consumer fraud!!!

A SPAM email is being sent to a legit email account of my domain on inmotionhosting. The SPAM is spoofing the header as follows:
Return-path: <[email protected]> Received: from [162.252.172.171] (port=36584 helo=serve3466409.localdomain) by ecbiz200.inmotionhosting.com with esmtp (Exim 4.92) (envelope-from <[email protected]>) id 1jCmZn-000Lgn-Ho for [email protected]; Fri, 13 Mar 2020 11:50:27 -0400
The IP address is NOT my/inmotionhosting domain and is from an outside source. But your system is bouncing the SPAM back to my '[email protected]' account with the following message:
You are being reported to the District and State attorneys, Knujon, SpamCop, and OnGuard Online
I'd like to verify that your system is not automatically reporting my 'xxxxx' account; this could eventually lead to a Denial of Service issue. The fact is, this SPAM shouldn't have ever been sent back to "[email protected]" without verifying the sending ip [162.252.172.171].
This site is a subscriber paid database of songs and charts. I can't find a way to let the owner know that his/her site has been hacked for over a week. InMotion has been of no help. Their hands are tied.
I have been receiving emails warning me about the US Govt ADA laws and that if my website is not compliant I could be fined up to $50,000. Is this genuine? Should I be doing something?
Someone you are providing hosting to is involved in a phishing scam. I got some email with an invoice to an adobe cloud document. Then it had some link overlay to view the document. This took me to a page that is an exact replica of Microsoft's login page at Live login. But the web address was not correct. Please check into this. I've attached a screenshot of the page including the URL.
Cheers,
Jeremiah
