Two hosting plans with the same url, how do I control which one manages the url?

I have two hosting plans, One Business and one Pro, both are set to the same url and I would like the pro account to take over the url, how do I set it to be the primary one?

As soon as I got the Pro plan, I was able to start adding subdomains, and upload files to cpanel, but for some reason the url reverted back to the business plan and the sites in its directories instead...  I have no Idea why it did so and need it to switch back.
