I'm not sure what program you used to build your online store - this would be critical helping to determine where you add the change in path. You need to provide this information, please.

Also, the WWW is an understood path on our servers. This means that if you type the domain name WITHOUT the WWW, then it would be still be recognized. There is no change needed from our end. If you wanted the Ecommerce to recognize it, typically you would change the configuration file that contains the paths for that program. If you're using the Builder then you will not need to change entries.

Hello Bucksnort, and thanks for your question. Usually by default if you've created the domain name already on our servers and are using our name servers, you should be able to access your domain via either [http://example.com] or [http://www.example.com]. This is because the (www) sub-domain is a CNAME (Canonical) record actually pointing to the same IP address as just your domain name by itself. If you're asking if you can force all your visitors to see [http://www.example.com] in their web-browser, even if they've just directly typed in [http://example.com], then this can be accomplished via a .htaccess rule.
