I am having difficulty Publishing through FTP

Do you have any instruction manuals for FTP publishing.

I will send you a screen shot of this issue.

We do have a guide on getting started with FTP here: FTP getting started guide We also have a older video tutorial on publishing via FTP with FrontPage here: Publishing your website with FTP If you're trying to send us a screen-shot of any issues that you're having the best thing to do would be e-mailing it to ([email protected]) with your cPanel username in the subject, and then open a support ticket referencing that screen-shot you sent us. In order to submit a ticket, please shoot an e-mail to ([email protected]) being sure to include your username, and the original cPanel password of your account or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification.
