What if your domain transfer app is wrong about my domains?
When I attempt to transfer my domain names, I enter my domain names (after getting my EAP#s and then using a few "WhoIS" sites to reaffiem what my current host says (all domains active w/ my email, not near expiring), and your app says either expired or unregistered/available. Huh?
Sorry for the trouble with the domain transfers through AMP. If AMP does not allow a transfer due to a glitch, Please contact support either by chat, phone (1-888-321-4678 ext 2), or by email ([email protected]) with the domains, EPP/AUTH codes and verify the account in the email with the last 4 of the credit card number or the current AMP password. Tech support will be able to manually transfer them through the back end. Sorry for the trouble.
