I am having problems connecting the ftp to your server

I am putting in all of my information but it is not able to connect to the server. I am using Filezilla.

Hello sjharper, Thank you for your question. I checked the server log and did not see you connecting to the server. I recommend checking your hostname/server name first and make sure the domain is pointed to us. If it is not, you can still login using your server name: ecbiz129.inmotionhosting.com If you are still having trouble, I recommend contacting support so they can troubleshoot while you are attempting to connect.
