Site was hacked a while back, infected with malware?

The hack I am aware of was the tiger-m@te hack, which was AFAIK a defacement, and thats it... however, it appears that my wordpress installation has fallen prey to the hack described here:
http://domesticenthusiast.blogspot.com/2012/03/dyslexic-mayans-want-to-sell-you-cialis.html

I dont have shell access, so I cant really go through the removal instructions--what can I do--please help!

Thank you for your question mattmcgovern! Sorry to hear about the hack on your site. Unfortunately, the link you provided to the hack is on blogspot.com. We would not be able to help with any files on their server. We do have more information on Tiger Mate here: September 25, 2011 - What to do if your website has been hacked Unfortunately, because the Tiger M@te hack happened so long ago, you will have to restore the site from a local backup or manually fix the files. The Tiger M@te hack only effected index.html, index.htm, and index.php files. If you can restore those then your site should function normally again. Sorry for the trouble with the hack.
