We are happy to take a look at your email bounceback error. We will need to see the entire bounceback header information to best troubleshoot your issue.
To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@inmotionhosting.com with that information along with which email client you are using. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
