the edit is not updated. Now the page has plugin error and can’t fix too.

It’s probably still with the old hosting - but their service ends this Sunday.

I emailed you guys but no response.

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Hi Rae.

Thanks for posting your question regarding troubleshooting the website located on your subdomain. I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing issues with it loading after the migration was completed. I recommend reviewing the website over a hosts file modification to determine whether the issue is on your old host's server and if it is displaying on the InMotion server. To troubleshoot a plugin issue, you may need to reach out to the developer of the plugin to determine a resolution or if there is a bug that they need to resolve themselves. You also may want to reach out to them to determine what the minimum requirement are as well.

You can always contact our Live Technical Support to assist with reviewing the server logs to determine if there is an issue that can be addressed on the server that your account is housed in.

I hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

I am using sucuri - so they instructed me to update the IP to your IP.
Then everything will be working. And, your tech person Roger assured me that our website is now on your server by giving me a default url to check http://chineserestaurantawards.com/default.htm

So, I am very confused.

Updating the nameservers won't work - as the domain co-owner is being creepy for not releasing the access of the domain management page.

Hi Rae.

I'm sorry that the domain co-owner is causing issues with your ability to update the nameservers. Updating the nameservers ensures that your domain and all subdomains under that domain are pointed properly.

However, since you are using a third-party service (instead of pointing the nameservers), you will need to contact them to determine how your subdomain should be setup.

I hope this provides some additional insight.

Best Regards,

Carlos D.

Hi Rae.

I'm sorry to see that you are unsatisfied. In reviewing your subdomain further, I can see that it is not pointed to our nameservers. You can see that here as well.

Additionally, the domain is pointed to another host's nameservers, you can see that here

You will need to update your nameservers for the domain in order to host the subdomain at InMotion. However, following the guide for performing a hosts file modification should allow you to preview the site as it is on InMotion's server, even though your domain is pointed to the other host.

I hope this provides some additional insight.

Best Regards,

Carlos D.

your live chat team is idle forever. The skype support not working.

And you didn't get my question or do you know I am your client using your hosting plan already???

If i didn't move the hosting plan to you, how can I reach out to you here? The website should be displayed on their server. Not their for sure. It's common sense.

The issue is that the subdomain is not working (update pages and fix of plugin error not working at all ) -  when it should be on your server when the main domain is already on your server.
