Thank you for your question Valla! On our shared servers, only PhpMyAdmin is accessible with the cpanel user. Please see the following on How do I manage a MySQL database in PHPMyAdmin in my control panel (cpanel)?. If you need root access to MySQL, his is only offered on VPS and Dedicated servers.
