how do I see cpanel stats for my addon domain

When I look at the stats in cpanel it gives me the options of thealternativetherapiesshop.com, which is my main domain and thess5.thealternativetherapiesshop.com, which I have no idea what this one is. My addon domain is SusansSolutions.com. This domain is registered, the DNS has been transferred to you, and it has been set up as an addon domain. What am I missing?

Hello thealt5, I did a check and the thess5.thealternativetherapiesshop.com is a subdomain that was created in your account that points to the same folder as your addon domain. You can remove that if you want. Simply delete it from the subdomains section in the File manager. It will not remove any files. Your addon should show up in the list once it has statistics and has been on the server for 24 hours. If it has been, it is possible the stats did not run last night due to server load. You can have our live support get that updated for you. To do so, you would need to contact our support department at [email protected] with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M
