Security for a new Wordpress site. What's better? cPanel security options, htaccess file in public_html, Wordpress Plugin?

We recommend using WordPress to secure your WordPress site. cPanel does not have any security feature that will make your WordPress site secure. WordPress is open source software that anyone can exploit the code for. To secure WordPress, you will want to use what WordPress recommends to secure it.
