I recommend checking your username and password. The password is created the first time you login to AMP, and should be your original AMP password.
You can view the username in AMP:
Select Details under Account & Billing.
Then Click Details under Admin.
(You will see your username listed)
If you are using the correct username, you can reset your cPasnel password from AMP as well:
Select Details under Account & Billing.
then you will see:
• Cpanel Login
• Reset Password
Click Reset password to create a new one.
